I don’t have to pray to see this morning's rays

It's typical of your grace in display

The sound of your heart is the melody

I'll always want on replay

If I will ever succeed in this race

It’ll be totally your goodness and your grace

All through my way to this place

I've never lost the feeling of the warmth of your embrace

Amazing grace… how sweet the sound 

That saved a wretch like me

I once was lost, but now am found

Was almost blind, but now I see

It was grace that taught my heart to fear,

And grace my fears relieved

How precious did that grace appear

The hour I first believed

Yes, when this flesh and heart shall fail 

And mortal life shall cease

With grace shall be then set to sail

Into a life of joy and peace.
