TAKE IT EASY

Don't follow in any footprints, make your own prints. ...

It's always said that we should be leading a life so that others will get motivated and follow our footprints and that we should always choose the most difficult ways of doing things as that is more challenging instead of going through an easy way

I remember my school days when I used to attend exams and there used to be different types of questions the one word answers the match the following essay types and the paragraph types and the only thing that used to run on my mind is bank the small points first and then if there is time left we can elaborate on the essay types and paragraph answers.

For me my life should be full of fun, success in what I do and filled with satisfaction which generally comes if I take things that come easy. I don't have to prove to anyone by trying to do things that are difficult, actually there is more success and thrill in wining than trying to win.

One must learn in life to take things more lightly. The world is always changing. Learn how to allow for it.

BROKEN

Past forty, there are many experiences that break us, break us emotionally, break us economically and sometimes break us from the very support system we rely on, our family.  But hey, if you’ve heard that you’re supposed to be strong you're not the only one. Society has taught us to believe that sadness isn’t an appropriate response.

Having a broken heart is one of the most painful experiences imaginable. The pain and loss are suffocating. You wonder if the weight of the pain will ever leave you; if you will ever be able to laugh, smile, or enjoy life again.

One of the most frequent questions I get is, “How can I recover from a broken heart?” The most common advice from others is that time heals all wounds.  But that is not true.  Time alone does not heal the wounds.  I have met many people who have carried a hurt around for decades.  Time did not heal their wounds.  Walking around with that pain became normal.

The only way forward for me to is to admit it, admit the cause of unhappiness, and admit that the heart is broken. This makes things quite at ease as then the mind is rested, the issue is rested and the heart is back to its best work, pumping. Then, decide you are ready for healing. Deciding you want to heal is the next big step. Letting go, forgiving, and healing takes great strength.

It does take time to heal, but time alone will not heal your broken heart.  In order to experience freedom, dream again, and live up to your fullest potential, you have to move beyond the pain.  This journey will be challenging, but also so beautiful if you will trust yourself to lead you.

Broken clouds pour out rain

Broken bones give strength again

Broken soil sets the fields

Broken crop yield the seeds

But broken seeds give life to new

Broken buds host the lovely dew

Broken glasses make a kaleidoscope

Broken journey gives plans of hope

The feeling of been broken is reassurance

For greatness emerge with powered penance

Shimmers are a result of polished corn

Hearts may break but the broken move on.
