INCUBATION OF AN IDEA:
Once a girl was enjoying
a mango, the pulp was sweet and juicy. At the end the mere seed was left in her
hand. For long she looked at it and got flooded with so many thoughts, admiring
the shape, the little budge and the slowly drying hair like fibers. She put it
on the window slab. Slowly, it dried and from inside the seed started
crackling. She sowed it to germinate.
THE FORMATION OF A
BODY:
Her good friend, who
had knowledge about plants saw the sapling of a good quality food, advised her
that she should plant it properly for it to grow into a good tree giving
fruits. True learning started to happen and with care and purpose the tree took
a good shape. More learning happened about the amount of water that should be
used to irrigate, and the medicinal spray that need to be applied for its good
health. With the involvement of many individuals the tree grew up and the girl
learnt a lot and was happy.
SEASON OF FRUIT:
Soon the tree was
filled with promising flowers and a little shower from the sky made great
fruits. The love and care by the girl and all those who were involved ensured
that the fruits ripped properly.
MARKETPLACE:
Soon the
professionals, those that mattered started evaluating the fruits and putting a
price on the yield. The girl and the others involved felt happy with moistened
eyes looking at all the appreciation the fruit they nurtured to grow for years
was getting.
BENEFECIARY:
The first yield was
sold out on the first day itself, much to the happiness of everyone, and then
the next and it continued till the last mango fruit was sold out. People took
Kilos, and basketfuls to their home and everyone ate it in their own style.
Some annoyed that the one in their hand was very small, the others that it had
not yet ripen enough, but at large all enjoyed it the way it was.
RECOGNTION:
No one actually
bothers to look at the toil a founder and the volunteer makes for a purposeful
concept, the hurdles they undergo to make things happen and the emotions
involved. The comment about the fruit, if it is sweet or sour is liberally said
with no pangs. Until one day, a committee of planters recognizes the efforts
and honors the owner of the tree.
BEAUTY OF A BOKEH:
As usual, the selfless volunteers who remain as bokeh are the happiest.
